  Fast, tidy and professional job - Highly Recommend

  Superb results from McKays Building Services today, who completed some permanent posts, erected for me to mount some new signage too. Showed up on time, all equipment for the job ready to go, worked quickly and efficiently, and even left the area in a tidier state than it was to begin with. Will be working with them again for any further work I have in this area.

  Garage refurb

  Ben and the team refurbished our garage. That including replacing the roof; building a new garage door, wall, counter and shelving; replacing another door; electrics and lights; painting; fixing the wall, and a lot of other bits. It was a fantastic experience. The team, including the specialist trades, were all, skilled, punctual, tidy and efficient. They made sure they knew what we wanted to achieve and delivered it. They stuck to the budget and when we asked for additions Ben made sure we all knew what it would cost. Couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again.

  Ceiling plastering

  I had a bedroom ceiling plastered, the guys were great. They did a great job. Am really pleased with the work carried out. Arrived on time, cleared up and even cleaned the walls down after. Certainly would recommend this team. Very polite and professional while in my home. Thanks guys 🙏

  Quality service and price

  McKay building services have taken on and completed many works for us at our school ranging from cladding, brickwork, flooring and full classroom refurbs. They are professional, skilled, brilliant with communication and good value. We refuse to use any other builders from now on, we are that delighted with the quality of work!

  Professional efficient team offering high standards

  I have used McKays Building services several times over the last couple of years ( new door, building a bespoke garden shed, erecting a garden fence, rebuilding a whole ceiling and plastering it) and recently Ben and Ken one of his team have completed a beautiful job of decorating the bedroom following the new ceiling going in. The work was completed to a very high standard and Ken was very professional, tidy and careful. Once again a great job thank you Ben. I wouid recommend this company without reservation to anyone requiring excellent building services.
