  Josh and team have been nothing short of superb from visiting on short notice, to carrying out the work just a few days later due to the urgency. They fitted 9 roof vents to increase ventilation in our loft space and removed copious amounts of moss - a very thorough job. They also cleared all of our gutters and cleaned the facias and soffits. Atop the fantastic job the team did, they also went above and beyond by wiping down all of the condensation in our loft space; a five star service. We will absolutely be using Josh and team again for further works in future and I suggest you do too!

  Reliable roofing services

  Josh and his partner did an excellent job fixing a leak on our extension roof and also replaced the fascia and soffits. They were punctual for every visit and kept us well-informed throughout the process. Communication was clear and professional, and the quality of their work has given us peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable roofing services.

  Originally the company was engaged to repair some broken clay roof tiles but the scope expanded to include a flat roof and gutter repairs. All of which were successfully completed.

  This is the third time I have had Josh from McIntyres Maintenance complete some work for me. I have to say that it is very refreshing to have someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will certainly use him again in the future.

  Gutter and Roof Tile Repair

  Josh did two seperate jobs for us in September 25. The first was a gutter repair and the second a small roof repair. Could not recommend Josh highly enough. Correspondence was timely and professional, and the job was completed within a few days of contacting him at a very reasonable price. Will definitley use again.
