  Very pleased to recommend McGuinness Group. They responded to my initial call promptly and professionally, maintained excellent communication and arrived when agreed. Received a quote very quickly and the work was completed within 24 hours. They were polite, professional and really took the time to talk to me about the problem and the options available. The work was completed with minimal disruption, with total flexibility around my work and domestic commitments, and they cleaned up afterwards. They will be my go to in future for any electrical work.

  Getting our power back on after a burst pipe and replacing a socket

  We cannot praise this company enough, Johnathan and his team made what could have been such a stressful experience into something liveable. We found him through a recommendation, and completely understand why our friend did so, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend onwards to our own family. The team have been lovely to deal to with, and each tradesman has been so professional and polite. Communication has been excellent, and any work in the future will be booked with them again, unquestionably. We're so relieved and grateful to have found such a great team of builders and electricians.

  Full house rewire

  Had a full rewire done around 6 months ago after purchasing a property that hadn't been touched since the 90s in terms of maintenance. This was unplanned as we initially only wanted a light installed, the owner then brought it to our attention that he couldn't do the work as the wiring of the house wasnt up to code. We were then provided with an understandable range of options to proceed, from just getting the absolutely necessary work done, to a complete rewire. As with pros and cons of each. A quote was produced in just over a day, no hidden fees. Work was quick and super clean!

  Superb service. We booked this work in December; Jonathan kept in touch regularly until the works started on 24 January and the team arrived on time as scheduled. We needed a large amount of work carrying out; items were discussed as the work proceeded, we made a few changes as we went and nothing was too much trouble. The team were a pleasure to work with and have in our home, utterly professional and explained everything as they worked. We have now re-booked them for further renovation work as we were so impressed with the standard of the works. Highly recommend McGuinness Group!
