Low-Pitched Roof Repair

Charlie came out to us to look at a leak we had from the low-pitched roof in our extension that had causes some internal damage. He turned up as arranged and did a thorough investigation and inspection before letting me know what the issue was. Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward. Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out

New roof

Since our first call with Charlie he was very helpful with any questions we had for our roof. Once Charlie had come out to our house to have a look at our roof he found that all the previous roofer had installed our roof incorrectly and that it needed a full replacement. Once we decided to go ahead with his quote Charlie and his team were punctual, professional and their quality of work and customer service was amazing.
