Full roof stripped, attic window removed also. New felt, timber, braces, tiles and new Velux window fitted. Excellent workmanship and communication. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!

My upstairs neighbour contacted me about a leak from the roof into his flat on a Friday afternoon. I was worried that it was a Friday and would struggle to get a roofer but was relieved when Jacob took the time on his way home for the weekend to inspect the roof. He found a cracked slate and despite the unique design of the slate he managed to source replacements via his contacts and returned promptly on Monday to fix it! After contacting Jacob to renew the roughcasting on the Victorian home I purchased 5 years we assumed it would be a straightforward job however that quickly changed after Jacob discovered our gable wall was in fact sandstone which had began to disintegrate, it was covered in the wrong roughcasting by the previous owner! Jacob immediately contacted stonemasons , organized site visits & within hours we had a plan! Jacob also reduced the cost of the rest of the work on my home despite purchasing supplies & my home is beautiful. If your looking for a genuine & professional team, look no further!!

Jacob’s team replaced the communal roof over a flat I own and did so to an excellent standard Easily the most competitive quote I obtained and the service I received was exemplary .
