The service was very good and they were quick to organise to come carry out the work. It's a shame the job could not be completed due to the roughcasting issues we have with the building. The team was very honest and friendly. Highly recommend.

One year on from ordering our conservatory. Initially told that the build might be end of the year/early into the following year. By February, we started to get concerned, thankfully it went ahead in April. One of the window handles was broken and could not be fitted, house not fully secure. I chased & chased, 5 months on we had to admit to ourselves that the job was not going to be completed and sourced new handles ourselves to match a set. I have requested our warranty but I am now being ghosted. We also ordered a Velux - never been supplied. Disappointing.

We would strongly recommend McFarlane Homes who delivered an excellent service. We live in an old house and needed an upstairs dorma bedroom window replaced. Connor responded immediately to our enquiry, came out to give us a quote the next day, and provided helpful advice and a reasonable price for the work. The work was done quickly and efficiently with good communication from Connor throughout, and all rubbish taken away upon completion. Such a high standard is rare these days so we will definitely be using McFarlane Homes again in the future. Thank you.

Connor was extremely helpful on this job, fixing the outside seal on a window in my parent’s flat. After my parents were unfortunately scammed out of money by a fake business on their first attempt to find a tradesman, I stepped in to find someone reliable who would show up on time, do the job, and not charge unreasonable fees. Connor was knowledgeable, considerate, and communicated well with both me and my parents, to explain what work needed doing and when he would arrive to do it. It was an awkward job he did very professionally, and for a reasonable price. We’d happily use them again.

Connor came out initial, felt relaxed, no pressure like we had from some. He also seemed to have a wider range of window options which was informative. We chose the ones we did, the installation happened smoothly and pleased with final result.

From start to finish working with Conor and the team has been amazing. We were going through a very stressful time as my mum had been very unwell and sadly passed away during the process. At all times Conor was empathetic warm and professional in all the dealings we had with him. The team came exactly when expected and installed the new door which looks great. All stress off our mind re this work when we were going through such a sad time. Would highly recommend Conor and his team the finish was excellent and we have no qualms in calling them again for any future work required. Excellent job!
