Connor was easy to get hold of and organise a time to come view the windows. He answered all my questions and didn’t come across like he was pushing for a sale. He provided a quote within a day or two and was able to arrange for a window installation within the time frame he’s originally estimated. The fitters were great, very professional and efficient. They left everything with a nice finish. Some of the panes cracked on the first day but Connor arranged for new glass which he brought himself on the second day of installation to avoid delays. Just moved into my new home and all the windows need replaced. Bedroom windows and kitchen have been done and what a difference it has made to the house. Love the handles, something different for me and love them.

On the day of installation I got told the van had broken down and the installation team arrived 3 hours late. During that time the Velux window and parts arrived by delivery lorry and I had to help driver lift the crate up steps. This was clearly a 2 person job, just as well I am fit. The fitting team were still completing the job at 8.30pm. Payment was demanded by the fitting team which I eventually agreed to. 2 panes of double glazing are broken (broken in transit). The Velux window has still not been installed. All items have been paid for. There is no sign of this job being completed.

The erectors were excellent. Please be assured I will recommend your company to anyone who asks, your service has been excellent.

It has been about 5 months since Mcfarlane Homes carried out the work to our home. We had new conservatory windows and doors fitted, as well as a new front door. Connor was helpful and prompt when he first attended. He offered some decent options to choose from. There was a slight hiccup on the installation when the team he had employed for the job left after an hour without explanation. Connor was not aware of this when he asked for an update. A new team were found to carry out the work a week later. They worked efficiently and we are happy with the work. So far leaks or problems.
