    Shane and his team were absolutely brilliant. My mum needed roof repairs before moving into her new home. Shane ensured he came out asap to assess the works required. He provided an honest and good value quote. His communications throughout were excellent and always puts the customer first. He took videos and pictures to share progress and the need for works. He was very accommodating to a last minute change. Seriously one of the best traders I've come across. Thanks so much again to a very happy customer

    1st class service

    Following a storm last week, I noticed a leak coming in to the kitchen ceiling via the first floor roof. Shane contacted me and came round within an hour of the call, it was clear the roof was rooting and needed reinforcing immediately, before I even agreed to using Shane and McDermott homes, he did a temporary fix there and then, just to help me out at no charge. He was extremely professional and explained everything throughly, he was completely transparent during his visit. He followed up with a really reasonable quote, 2 days later the job was done. Great job, highly recommend.

    I literally can't thank Shane enough for quickly coming to the rescue over my leaking roof. He was absolutely brilliant and I mean BRILLIANT. Polite, reasonable, reliable, tidy and priotised his workload to make sure I wasn't left another day worrying. Shane is a sincere and honest (very rare) workman and I am very grateful for how quickly he was able to fix the problem. Thank you Shane.

    Great team, summerhouse roof repaired.

    Shane responded quickly to a request on another site to replace to roof of a summerhouse that was leaking. The quote was reasonable and the work started soon after and was completed in 3 days. His team were quick, efficient and the site was left clean after the job. Also when problems were found, Shane provided good advice and options on what to do. Overall a great team , well priced, and a pleasure to have work done by them. Will definitely be using them again.
