  Decorating entire house

  Colin and his team of tradesmen and women were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were first class, courteous polite attention to detail was 2nd to none. I have already recommended his company to neighbours and friends who have used them and have had a similar experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin and his team to anyone. and their workmanship was 10 out of 10.

  Oven repair

  My Gaggenau oven stopped working due to an electrical failure in the plug. I asked Colin from McDaniel Property Services since I have already used them in the past. The service provided is 5 star because of his professionalism, he takes off his shoes when entering the property (not a given!) and he goes straight to the point and don’t mess around. Re the oven he replaced the plug and change the fuses and eventually the oven started to work again.

  An exceptional job!

  Colin and Lauren did an exceptional job on our exterior house painting. We needed alot of repair work before the house could be painted and Colin and Lauren did a really thorough job and kept us updated throughout with pictures and updated costs for anything unexpected. They were reliable, friendly, clean and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

  Colin and Lauren are great company both friendly but very professional nothing was to much trouble the quality of their work was excellent a very high end finish I would definitely recommend want the rest of bungalow done now

  Exterior painting of our Tudor Farmhouse

  Fantastic professional job- it has completely transformed the house. The decorators were all very professional, polite and considerate- and did a great job at avoiding the many plants (including a wisteria which covered the back wall). The whole team are very hard working and diligent; there was not a drop of paint on any of the other surfaces. Colin clearly had very high standards and he and his team live up to the them. We would highly recommend Colin and his team.
