Ben's work on my house was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to understand my half-baked ideas, gave his advice and explained the work involved to achieve it. This was my first significant home project and the result was beyond my expectations so I felt compelled to write a sterling review!

I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wall built on my front porch. From start to finish, Ben was absolutely brilliant—friendly, reliable, and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way and was clear about both the time frame and the cost, which I really appreciated. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The wall has completely transformed the space and looks even better than I imagined. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and easy to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Small wall 4m long, 4 courses high plus capping. The old bricks were cleaned and prepared before the job. Ben turned up a little late so I wasn't able to meet and follow the work. At the end of the day I returned, four courses were complete but I was not happy with the quality of the brick laying. Straight, level and plumb but the bond pattern was wrong and the perp spacing was massive. I took the whole thing down and got someone else in to do it. Ben defended that the bricks varied in size. I didn't ask Ben to return and we settled to pay for just the materials. I expected better quality.

Ben gave an excellent service from start to finish. Came over the same day the job was posted on Checkatrade and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Price quoted was very competitive and the end result was excellent. Came back as promised a week later after the wall had 'cured' to clean the brickwork. Would highly recommend.

Ben repaired and repointed the connecting roof wall between us and our neighbours that had become damaged after years of weathering - everyone else wanted to put up full scaffolding that would have cost more than the job itself but Ben did the full job safely and to a really high standard without this need - his work was high quality, excellent communication - cost as quoted - clean and tidy after the work finished. Very happy with the job - so much so that we ask Ben to come and repair our fence and its foundations after heavy wind - again great job that came in even cheaper than quoted.

Very punctual, communicative of what steps were needed to complete the job and good price.
