He turned up on time, checked he could partially drain the hot water tank, to remove old heating element, then he noticed the leads to the heater had worked loose and reconnected them so problem solved

Michael was brilliant and clearly has a lot of experience in this field. There are a lot of plumbers out there who would have made a hash of this job. However Michael is certainly not one of them. He was just so efficient and knowledgeable.

During the regular annual boiler and filter service to my two boilers, Michael detected issues with the heat exchanger missed by the Worcester serviceman early this year. Michael performed his part of the job excellently, assisted me in my dispute with Worcester and helped to get a proper resolution of the issue.
