  Inferior work and result!

  employed Sam and his brother to replace fences after a storm. They completed the job and a couple of other jobs I needed and I paid them. They tried to save a couple of the original fences to save me money which I was grateful for. When I examined the job later i discovered that the old fences which they had ‘saved’ were wedged against my neighbours shed in order to hold them up. As the weather improved and I examined the new fences I saw that Sam had used untreated fences without informing me and they had warped. Sam refused to do anything about this or replace or repair any of the faults.

  Patio cleaning

  The patio had not been cleaned for a number of years. General clean up with moss & lichen to be removed. The did an excellent job.

  Replace flat roof above front bay window, Replace victorian guttering, Carry out repairs to roof

  Sam McCarthy and Josh, carried out 3 jobs, including replacing the bay roof, removing and replacing guttering and carrying out repairs to the roof. Sam was always very pleasant and polite, and explained the work clearly. He was quick to respond, professional and punctual. He and his colleague worked hard to complete the work in a timely fashion. My knowledge of roofing is zero and I did not obtain other quotes but felt the price was reasonable and the final photos was impressed me. The work is guaranteed and I feel confident in Sam's workmanship and in recommending him to others.
