Drain was blocked, call out resulted in advice, drain had collapsed. Got a quote to do the job, supposed to start following day, however came the same day, Got working , exposed the problem area. Following day had to phone as no one turned up in the morning. However did come soon after phone call. Came an completed the job, which ran into a third day.
