Good communication, had a swift response after posting the job online. Mark and the team came round quickly to take a look and provide a quote, checking for other issues and helping make sure the roof was safe (removing a tile that was loose and stuck on the guttering which could have fallen). They were able to come and install swifter than expected, and kept to the original quote.
