  Mark, Billy and team were first class. They fully communicated with us, have a superb work ethic, polite and courteous at all times. The standard of their work is superb. Once the work was completed and following scaffolding removal Mark and Billy returned to check to make sure that there was no scaffolding damage - an example of their approach to customer care which was evident throughout the process from 1st contact.   Chimney repointing

  Had to have chimney repointed and capping. Some bricks also needed replacing. Neighbours chimney was also done as there was also damage on their side. Work was carried out swiftly, at a time that was convenient and I’m happy with the end result. There was an issue with the total shared price; we were both charged the same despite the level of damage being more extensive on our side.

  Replacement guttering to fix a long standing problem which others had not fixed
