Job location: B31Had a faulty tumble dryer, found this company online, they responded quickly and managed to get an engineer out within a few days, initial diagnostic was done very professionally, was told what the exact fault was. Quoted me for a new part which I accepted, came again a few days later after the part had arrived, fitted it with no issues, very professional again, would highly recommend this company. - JJulie B
