  New bathroom

  Mark was great, we needed a complete new bathroom, Mark repaired the floor and installed what we needed, and wall panels it all looks lovely, he was so helpful, arrived on time and cleared away each afternoon so we still had use of our only toilet. A real grafter, highly recommended.

  Professional and friendly.

  Mark removed our old shower, tray and enclosure and replaced within 2 working days. The work was all completed with exceptional professionalism and Mark is a lovely knowledgeable guy. The job was completed ahead of schedule and in line with the original quote and all rubbish etc removed. Mark helped us select and price the new fittings which was a great help as he saved us a fair sum. Highly recommended.

  Installing new shower

  Mark initially came out (on a Saturday) very quickly to help when my shower would not turn off. He then came back to install a new shower, which he also sourced for me when I was unable to find a suitable one that would fit in my small bathroom. He was very helpful, left the place clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to call him again.

  Boiler malfunctioned.

  Mark was very supportive and made assessment. Passed failure of boiler onto boiler agent and joined them for the installation day. Everything went very smoothly and both engineers were professional and courteous. I have a vulnerable and disabled husband, Mark made sure that we were not left without heating and hot water during a very cold spell. I cannot rate Mark and his colleague Andy enough!!
