Matt was excellent throughout, someone I'd definitely recommend. He was courteous and polite, respectful of our property and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. He thoroughly explained the issue and what was needed to fix it - he kept me informed and updated on how things were going. A great service all round from Matt - i shall look to reach out to him again should I need to.
