  Didn't fix the fault but also ignored all contact, Avoid

  Turned up and ran diagnostics. Lots of fault codes but decided that my battery was faulty even though I told him that the breakdown mechanic said it was OK. I bought a new one and paid him to change it. He the declared the car fixed and left without a test drive. I then drove to the end of the road and the faults all returned. I called him and he said that there was also a relay fault reported. I asked him to order the part and also return my battery as it was not the cause. I was told the part would take 2 weeks. I have tried to contact him many times since but never had a reply.

  diagnose and fix an electrical energy drain

  Responded promptly and was flexible in trying to fit me in before Xmas. worked swiftly in horrid weather to find and fix the fault.

  Avoid!

  Muneeb came to diagnose a wiring issue with my car. He said he would come back on another day to fix it. After several texts and phone calls, he didn't reply or call back to explain, even though he had read the messages. Very inconsistent and I've already paid £85 for call out and diagnostic tests so also wasted my money. Not what I expect from someone from checkatrade!

  Couldnt start the car

  Changed our key fob & he diagnosed straightaway that we hadn’t included transmitter. Quick result - but such a lovely man
