    Moving kitchen socket

    Arrived when they said they would. Had the tools and knowledge to get the wall channelled, the wiring and socket safely in place, and the channel filled, ready for plastering. Personable, reliable and efficient. Excellent job.

    Extractor fans replaced and celing lights

    I contacted Martin after reading reviews here and on Google. I have a tenanted property in Romford and I live abroad which makes things far trickier for me. Despite not being able to provide very detailed information for Martin to go on, he gave me an approximate price range which would be confirmed on inspection. My estate agent's contractors charged for a call out and quoted me £971 for a bulb change and 2 extractor fan replacements. MBM did this work, added a double power point in my boiler cupboard and power flushed the system for £744! I will use their services again for sure!

    Electric fans supplied and fitted.

    We needed new ceiling fans. These were sourced and fitted within a couple of days. These work was carried out with the minimum disruption and everything left clean and tidy. Great job!

    Mixed customer service

    Sourcing the job I required was made simple. MBM communicated well, gave great flexibility and a competitive price. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication during a complete upheaval of emergency contractors, a second contractor came for the same job. When MBM arrived to see another contractor they quickly turned and left without a chance of explanation or compensation. A comment came back from MBM later which was extremely unprofessional, hence this review.

    The customer booked an engineer through the office, where no deposit was taken! Price agreed, and privatised the job as it was following a flood. By the time our engineer arrived, there was one already inside but another outside. So 3 engineers booked!!

    Replacement socket that had overheated

    James came round on emergency as boiler not working due to electrical power outgae. Came round same day, diagnosed the issue, replaced socket, got the boiler working, brilliant service, thanks a million.
