Lots of talk and no action. Lots of excuses - injury delays, no phone signal, working away, broken laptop and more…. Asked for public liability insurance certificate 7 times, but did not produce. This site specifies that this builder ‘self certified’ that he has PLI !!? - Buyer Beware! Still no responses after a couple more weeks, hence this review. Appointed another builder.

Arrived promptly to quote for the work and responded to queries very quickly. The work was carried out very professionally and to a very high standard. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Glen and Martin rescued us from the unprofessional and sub standard contractors who left us with a half finished shell as they abandoned work on our downstairs living extension.Careful planning and well timed improvements to the original design gave us a finished home in a matter of weeks -after waiting for nearly a year. Always reliable and hard working some 6 day weeks,Glen and Martin kept to schedule.Always courteous and positive it was a pleasure to have their high standard of workmanship and customer care.We unhesitatingly recommend their ability and commitment to create our dream home

Excellent job, created quote quickly and booked in date immediately. Created under stairs door from dining room, securing supporting wall, maintained window seals and painted them, and repointing work at back of the house. Provided all materials including paint, masonry materials, door, architrave and door handle. The job was all completed within 2 days, all rubbish removed and job completed. Very happy with the work and asked for additional quotes for more external work for the summer.

I requested to have a through lounge and block off an internal door to the dining room. Work started Monday 10.02.25 for 4 days. Glen and Martin did an absolutely fantastic job creating my through lounge! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and highly skilled. As well as opening up the space, they made changes to the fireplace and seamlessly blocked off an internal door, transforming the layout beautifully. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. The end result exceeded my expectations. My space now feels open, modern, and beautifully finished. I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality renovations. Very hard working, honest, knocking down internal wall, installing steel. Plastering (brilliant) installing velux windows, flooring. Installing kitchen island, electrical work. Did a great job but let down with some of the painting and a couple of rough finishes, paint on window frames, door frame and paint on carpet. Painting was rushed.
