Excellent job, manners and responsiveness

Good service, fair price and happy with the workmen who were very helpful.

Decided to give MB a try as they are local. Spoke with Mark who was able to provide one of his team the following day to do the job - great. Daniel was late turning up for the time slot agreed. I spoke with Mark who told me that Daniel would be with me within 30 minutes - which he was. Daniel did an excellent, speedy repair with new pipework installed and the leak fixed within 30 minutes. Only negative was that the cost was higher than expected due to an issue with the MB website but Mark assured me that this was in the process of being rectified and that all new customers would be made aware.

Have used MB numerous times over the years, highly professional and prompt service.

Reliable, efficient and does what they say. Used since 2023. My go to in the area.
