MBC provided a competitive quote and carried out the work as quoted. They stuck to price given despite a couple of unexpected jobs to get the work completed. The work seems of a good quality but I have no experience of this type work so trusted they worked to a good standard. I appreciated that we communicated via email so we could track the request but I occasionally felt that I was chasing for a response and struggled to get a confirmed date until only a few days before the job. On the whole, I am happy with MBC and the result, will likely use again.

Ben was excellent replacing a missing ridge and some broken tiles. My roof is quite old and discolored, but what he replaced matches perfectly. 1st class job and would definitely recommend.

Have used this company for most of my renovations since moving here in 2021 starting with a complete re roof They have always carried out the work to a high standard and kept me informed throughout. The latest work was to re roof the garage and fit 2 bi folding doors to the property and as usual this was carried out with minimum disruption and to the time scale as promised. They are polite, hard working and I have no concerns leaving them to work while I am not at the premises

After noticing my elderly mum had water stains inside her property I called Ben who has done work for me before. He came out promptly and found the chimney was letting water in. The base of the chimney has now been releaded along with other necessary repairs and is watertight. It's really comforting for me and my mum to have someone like Ben who is honest, reliable and does a great job.

I had water entering into a living room via a leaking parapet wall. Ben and the team advised taking down the wall and relaying lead and concrete blocks. This they did professionally, clean and polite. So far no leaks . Recommend
