I had a major leak in my conservatory which MBC fixed perfectly. From the first call the customer service was brilliant.Tom kept me informed about everything and was very honest and straightforward. Dan the carpenter and his nephew Kai along with Julian the roofer did a superb job under difficult circumstances. All rubbish was cleared away and they left everything spotless. I would throughly recommend anybody to use these guys.100% happy

From first contact with MBC their customer service was excellent. I dealt with Tom who was straightforward,honest and kept me informed throughout. The chaps who did the job were excellent craftsmen, Dan the carpenter and his nephew Kai along with Julian the roofer did a fantastic job that certainly was challenging. They were hard working, polite and a credit to the company. All rubbish was promptly taken away and the site left spotless. Definitely recommend this company. 5 stars and thank you so much

Extremely pleased with our new rubber garage roof from MCB. The whole team is very professional, friendly, polite and there was clear communication from the word go; you can tell they take a great deal of pride in the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Watched MBC team re roof a bungalow opposite my own.. An excellent team effort from scaffolding to rubbish removal.. Start to finish in under 3 days. I contacted them about a split rafter. A very quick response and quote for the job... On investigation the job was justifiably larger than first expected. I was guided through the process and reasons by the use of drones and close up videos highlighting all of the discovered issues. I was not pressured in to taking the new quote, just advised with clear evidence of what was advised to upgrade the roof with premium materials, first class workman

Called the company for help with a leaking roof.,they came to see what the issue was , identified,all the problems ,we talked over solutions and they came very quickly .very friendly, professional team. .pleased with the results

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a leak in our kitchen ceiling over a weekend and panicked, as it’s our first owned property. Ben was a great help, took my details (on a Saturday night no less) and booked us in within the same week. Work itself was carried out promptly and explained in detail throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.
