From first contact, Mb carpentry & joinery was really responsive and helpful. Mason and his colleague were very polite, respectful, really well organized. They left their workspace really clean and tidy. The quality of their work is outstanding. The skills as well as the pride and love for what they do really shines through, and made me feel like my kitchen was in safe hands. I am really, really happy with the work. Next time I need some carpentry work done in the house, I will not hesitate to go back to Mb carpentry.

Mason was incredibly helpful from start to finish of our kitchen renovation. Very good communication throughout, and was proactive in suggesting ideas to improve the kitchen I.e. suggested a wider cabinet to reduce wasted space and end panels to improve symmetry and look. Kitchen was fitted brilliantly and Mason managed all other contractors really well ensuring all works completed on time and well. Turned up when he said he would and worked efficiently, cleanly and professionally. Thank you.

Mason was proactive from the start of the process and very easy to communicate with. He was able to discuss alternatives where necessary and completed the work on time, to a good standard and the area clean afterwards. All at a competitive and honest price. I would definitely use him again.

Mason was fab. He replaced the rotting wood spindles on my front porch. Comms were great. Workmanship and finish was high quality. He was conscientious about any mess. Would recommend and will certainly contact him again for any carpentry jobs.

I accepted a £610 quote for a wardrobe fitting. A day before, the sole trader said his car broke down and offered to send a third party, falsely claiming he was from his company. Since it's a sole trader business, this was clearly a lie. I booked for his expertise, not someone unverified. He also asked for cash to avoid tax. This was dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid paying cash as it can void protections like Checkatrade insurance. Very poor experience. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability—none of which I received here. Strongly advise extreme caution.
