Mason was fab. He replaced the rotting wood spindles on my front porch. Comms were great. Workmanship and finish was high quality. He was conscientious about any mess. Would recommend and will certainly contact him again for any carpentry jobs.

I accepted a £610 quote for a wardrobe fitting. A day before, the sole trader said his car broke down and offered to send a third party, falsely claiming he was from his company. Since it's a sole trader business, this was clearly a lie. I booked for his expertise, not someone unverified. He also asked for cash to avoid tax. This was dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid paying cash as it can void protections like Checkatrade insurance. Very poor experience. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability—none of which I received here. Strongly advise extreme caution.

Dealing with Mason was a pleasure. He is very friendly and communicative and did an outstanding job building a media wall. The result is beautiful and exactly what we had in mind. Highly recommend him!!

From start to finish, Mason was a pleasure to work with. A responsive communicator, and professional throughout, always willing to answer questions, day or night. He carried out the work to a very high standard, was receptive to subtle changes during the build process, and left the job very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend, and look forward to using Mason again soon for further work.

Exactly how a project should go. Mason came out to quote exactly when he said he would. He was very responsive about speccing out the job. We booked in a date, and 48 hours in advance he confirmed that we were still on. The guys turned up on time, kept me informed throughout the job (about six hours of work for two guys), and did really good work. Then they cleaned up perfectly, briefed me on the work they'd done, and went on their way. Very professional, very friendly. Honestly I wish all tradespeople acted like this!
