10 Annex Conversion

My garage was converted to an annex. From start to finish, the work was undertaken professionally. All trades working for Matt Bowden were highly skilled. I was kept informed all along of how the work was progressing and Matt was always happy to explain things to me which I did not understand. Work was completed to a high standard; I was very impressed with the attention to detail. We can not fault Martin and his team for the extensive building work on our bungalow, 2 extensions (kitchen and bedroom with ensuite), underfloor heating, repair to garage brickwork, outside porcelain paving, and complete K-rend of the bungalow and garage, nothing seems to faze Martin, good work ethic kept us informed on the progress of the building work and made some suggestions to us, advised us on materials and bathroom suites windows and doors clean tidy highly recommend Martin to our friends and family...Verified reviewerJob location: PO1410 To re-fix a downpipe that had become detached from the gutter.

Brilliant job completed by 1st class team. Matt's team removed chimney breast, installed steel beams, widened wall gap for french windows, plastered whole new large room - walls and ceiling and installed new floor. Re-laid our patio area so it was not uneven etc. Also made an extra seating area when we wasn’t sure what to do with the space and made a path outside along the new extension replacing gravel.Verified reviewerJob location: TA18
