    Bathroom Refit

    Issues with water leaks from the toilet, the first one being less than 8 months after fitting. Independant plumber identified: - the cistern had been fitted to the wall using only 1 bolt instead of 2 - as a result the cistern had never been level since fitting which caused untold pressure and stress on the cistern itself - water leaking over the top of the cistern - wrong sized washer - split in cistern - isolation screw fitted facing the wall - bathroom floor buckled due to consistent leaks. Replacement cistern purchased and refit at a cost to myself to rectify the ongoing issues.

    This job leak was outside guarantee but still went round and repaired the leak All fittings that came with Cistern was used and fitted correctly Flooring will not Buttell as it’s a rubber flooring and water proof Customer has never been in Contact with us since lake repaired We are only a phone call away and we would have resolved the situation if customer had called

    Installed new bathroom and downstairs wc

    The team were all very friendly and completed a good job. The job took longer than anticipated due to supply issues but the finished bathroom and downstairs wc are looking lovely.

    Complete refit of bathroom, including a walk in shower and fitted units.

    Martin and team were friendly, polite and consulted us throughout to discuss options. Fixtures/fittings are high quality, faulty products received were speedily replaced. Standard of tiling excellent. Bad bits - After completion several water leaks identified, we managed to rectify 2 easily so Martin wasn't notified of these. However, the leak from the shower was significant, we requested a repair along with repair to plinths under the fitted units which were loose. 2 appointments were made, no-one came to either, the shower was unusable so we ended up repairing, the plinths are still loose

    2 appointment was made with us unfortunately there was breakdowns on the vehicle on that day when this was fixed we was coming out on the Friday to do repairs but the consumer text me to say the had now been fix and that he was going away for a week We have no problem come back to rectify any issues mark still has Regards Mbandic

    Completely refurbishment of bathroom

    Complete bathroom renovation

    Martyn and his team were excellent - the work was carried on on time, on budget and to a high standard. The team were friendly, professional and very clear communicators so I knew what was going on at each stage of the work. They were clean and tidy. I highly recommend this firm and would certainly use them again without any hesitation.

    Replacement Bathroom

    Could not have wished for a better company to complete the work. Even when we asked to make changes nothing was too much trouble. Everyone who came was polite and friendly and they were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Will use again when we need any work doing. 11/10
