  Fab new kitchen

  Removed old kitchen and replaced it with a new one including tiling, and new flooring. Very happy with it and the work done by Tony during some rather warm weather! All rubbish removed promptly. Would happily use them again for other jobs.

  Clean area and paint area in loft

  He came promptly to look at job and as I needed it done quickly he fitted me in and came with all required to do the job. Cleared up afterwards so all looked good when I returned home. Even noticed I left my house keys behind so hid them for me to find on my return.

  Complete kitchen renovation.

  From the time Ian walked into our home to give us a quote we knew he was the right builder for us. His quote was competitive & easy to understand. His team were always punctual & professional. They worked in an organised way explaining each step of the process. Any changes to the plans were discussed & resolved quickly. At the end of each day everywhere was left clean & tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian Mayo & Son & look forward to working with him & his team in any future works.

  Garage conversion, utility room and new shower installation, and upgrade to kitchen

  We’ve never undertaken anything on this scale before, and with kids at school and two dogs to manage we were a bit nervous about the disruption. Ian and his team have been considerate and understanding throughout the project, from the planning of it, the building work, installation/ fitting, and right through to the final stage of decorating the new utility and bathroom, and redecorating the existing kitchen. We would genuinely recommend them to anyone, and are already planning to use them again for any future work!

  Ian came out and gave us a no nonsense quote. The work was carried out with great professionalism and courtesy. The workman were very courteous. Overall very satisfied.
