From the start, Ken communicated swiftly and came to my house to survey within 1 day, which was exceptional after being let down by a different contractor. Work was completed 2 days later in a professional manner. Everything was left spic and span and I could not recommend highly enough. Excellent service, highly recommended. Needed a plug fitted which we failed to plan in our new kitchen. Ken found a solution without damaging the tiles or kitchen.
