We regret having to leave a low rating for Adam; however, following his visit in September and again earlier this week, our boiler was left in a non-functioning state. We ultimately had to engage another tradesperson to restore heating and hot water, which required an emergency call-out and resulted in significant additional expense to avoid being left without heating. During his visit, Adam did not have a ladder and did not access the loft to inspect the boiler, despite this being necessary for the service. In fact, he did not go anywhere near the boiler during the appointment. He also asked

Turned up on time ( actually early) and cracked on with the work. Chatty engineer who was happy to explain what he was doing and we. Clean and tidy . A good experience.

Really good, bit more work than originally anticipated due to the cooler, but stuck to the agreed price, would recommend
