Max committed to two separate dates to come and quote for this job and I scheduled my day twice to be at home at the agreed time. He failed to turn up for either appointment - costing me time and inconvenience . He made no call to let me know he wasn’t coming on either occasion - offered no apology - highly unprofessional.
