  James arrived when he said he would and had diagnosed the problem in advance. Had ordered the part in before hand so was able to fix the issue immediately. Excellent service delivered quickly and cleaned everything up before leaving. Fully recommend.

  I had no hot water in my shower and also my boiler gave odd noises when the heating was in.

  James was the 3rd person to check my boiler and the only one who actually found the fault and fixed it. I really appreciated his explanation of what went wrong and I have not had any issues with it ever since. He also made the hot water reappear again in my shower, it was truly appreciated!
