Ground floor work was being done by another builder and 1st floor was with Qaiser. 1)Quote did not include material costs and I was not given an indication of how much material costs would be. On the other hand I had quotes that were all-in. Guess what: Kaiser was the most expensive but I did not know till I bought all the materials and given him the job. 2)I caught a very bad virus as Kaiser started and I was hospitalized. This guy kept on calling me like a petulant child to help him coordinate things. While knowing I am in the hospital! 3)He expected me to read every line of his invoice and
