We had Max carry out the installation of our emergency lighting, fire alarms, and additional systems, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, he was fantastic—highly professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. Max took the time to ensure everything was installed to a high standard and explained the systems clearly, which gave us real confidence in the work completed. It’s always reassuring to work with someone so competent and reliable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max and look forward to working with him again.

Great work

Was charged £150 for a new battery to be fitted in the alarm - a job that took roughly 30 minutes. The labour charge for this was £120 which seems very steep for the time taken. Was not happy with the fit - the box was no longer fitting flush to the wall but was told they didn't do anything to the box and to just silicon around it to neaten it up.

They arrived 25 minutes late but made up for that by staying late to wait for me. Started by asking for the vacuum cleaner (encouraging sign), Video door bell positioned as I wanted very neatly. It was a difficult site because of existing wiring and location of power outlet but done in a morning and tidied up after them. Very polite and informative throughout. Would recommend.

They came 25 minutes late which was a shame but they were very polite and kind. Managed a complex system competently and satisfactorily discussing pros and cons of various options as work progressed. Gratifyingly, the first thing they asked for was a vacuum cleaner which they used to good effect, leaving the area neat and tidy and a working door bell in place. Very happy with their work.
