We’ve had so many plumbing and gas issues since moving here 8 years ago, and dealt with far too many tradespeople who never properly fixed things. Luckily we found Max a few years ago, and we honestly wouldn’t use anyone else now. He’s professional, reliable, incredibly skilled, and always sorts the problem properly. English isn’t my first language, but he’s always patient and explains everything clearly. Really wish there were more plumbers like him.

Attended on call out. Got the boiler back up and working. Very polite, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend and will be using their services again when needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Max has always been incredibly helpful and professional. He installed our new boiler and removed our old-fashioned boiler and water tank with great care and efficiency. Whenever we’ve had issues—especially emergencies like no hot water—Max has come round quickly and sorted the problem without fuss. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and always there when we need him. On top of that, Max is always polite, friendly, and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

Max fixed a leaking pipe on the same day of calling him, he is always very good at returning calls and communicating. He then visited the same week to repair a radiator valve. As he had a spare replacement one he was able to carry out the work very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I met Max few weeks ago when he came for a boiler annual check. Unfortunately, the boiler had some issues. Max made sure everything was shut off my own safety. Yesterday, he replaced it with a new one. Wonderful guy, worked very hard, no messing around and left the place as clean as he could. Very respectful and friendly towards me. Got here, did the work, explained things to me about the new boiler functionality etc and he was very patient as I'm not into technology etc. I would definitely recommend him to friends.
