  Matt came over to carry out a basic boiler service and provide a gas safe certificate ahead of my property sale. He was extremely helpful squeezing me into his busy schedule and explained what he was doing thoroughly. He conducted a very thorough service and immediately sent across the gas safe certificate. I have no doubt in the company's ability to keep their approach person-centered and friendly. I highly recommend!

  Faulty thermostat and receiver unit

  Matt did an excellent job diagnosing the problem at speed and presented the options (pros and cons, costs, time,etc) so that I could make an informed decision. He worked quickly and cleanly and was clear on costs. Exactly what you want from a trusted tradesperson. Would not hesitate to recommend.
