  New boiler

  From the moment he returned my call, I found Matt to be polite, knowledgeable & professional. He talked me through the various options & guided me through the process of choosing a new boiler for a rental property. Never pushy but always kind, considerate… not to mention extremely patient with me! He was also mindful of keeping budgets down for me. We ended up agreeing on a new Vaillant boiler which Matt installed last week. He is a clean, tidy, courteous worker that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, reasonably-priced plumber / gas safe engineer 😊

  Heat pump fitted and gas boiler removed

  Matt was very helpful in organising this change to a heat pump. He worked in conjunction with a larger firm Neater Heat. This reduced cost and enable the government grant money to be applied for more easily. He coordinated the installation so that everything happened smoothly and gave us confidence in using Neater Heat as they were not known to us.

  Upgrading Heating System

  I'm in the middle of an extensive property renovation. It's not ideal as I'm having to live in the property at the same time. This means I need various works carried out in stages. I needed part of my central heating system upgraded with the intention of it being capable of connecting to a air heat pump in the future. I tried many plumbers but Matt was the only one to accept the challenge. His positivity and advice has enabled me to breath new life into this project. No job is to small or large for this guy. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. Highly recommend

  Combi boiler install & old system rip out

  Very helpful at quote stage to simply & clearly explain the questions I had. Really considerate on explaining the best system and how the new pipework & complete install would best suit the restricted space - so there were no surprises! Very professional, great attention to detail and took great care on doing the best job in all aspects. Was not at all an inconvenience and with very minimal disripution. Very professional, experienced, clean, tidy and great to chat to too! Thanks so much Matt!

  Bathroom fitting, first fix and second fix

  Matt completed a bathroom fitting for us from first fix through to final installation. He also completed a central heating service and came out at short notice for a component failure and leak in our system on another occasion. He is punctual , extremely tidy and finished everything to a great standard. More than this he is trustworthy and very easy to get on with. Matt was willing to work around our plans without fuss. We would highly recommend him and will be using him going forward for central heating and plumbing.
