He had done a good job renovating our Veranda and decking at our holiday home, so we engaged him to install new units in a small kitchen, the time frame being 3-4 weeks at the most, starting the week before Xmas. The work dragged on for several weeks. When re- installing the dishwasher and washing machine, he encountered problems, both emitting alarms. We left on 22 February, with him promising to fix the Plumbing problems and complete the works. Since this time we have not heard or seen him. He has ignored our frequent phone,texts,emails. On returning 19 March, he had done no further work

Matthew gave us useful advice on a damp problem in our conservatory and established the cause which was very helpful.

We had some ship’s rope which we wanted fixed on the wall by the stairs where there was no other bannister. (Two separate flights of stairs).Matthew investigated and sourced suitable fittings and made an amazing job of it. He also wall mounted our TV and fitted a shelf underneath for DVD player etc. Since we moved here in the Spring Matthew has done a lot of work for us. He is always helpful, innovative, tidy, professional and does a great job. He’s also totally trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. Cannot recommend him highly enough

We had delays with glass arriving broken but Matthew was proactive and had these sorted in no time. Excellent communication throughout.

Matthew was on time, hardworking, reliable and courteous. It took 3 days to complete the work and he always made sure he cleared up at the end of each day. He fitted, hung and added furniture to 8 interior oak-veneered doors. We’re very pleased with the result and would definitely use his services again.
