Shower processor fitting

Matthew attempted to install a shower processor and within hours it leaked. He came back two days later and “fixed” it. He then left and the leak happened again when I wasn’t home and it’s caused approximately £100,000 worth of damage to my house which is unliveable. His insurance company reported that he was not communicating with them and delayed the process significantly. He might seem like a nice guy, but he doesn’t care if he makes a costly mistake. He will be uninsurable after the claim finalises. Look elsewhere.

Burst water pipe.

Very quick to respond on checkatrade, came and did the job the next morning. Overall very good experience, I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again in the future!

Radiators checking

Matt responded swiftly to my request, and arranged a next day inspection for all the radiators in my house, which was a Saturday morning! Matt arrived on time at 9am. He checked all my radiators which I thought some were not working. After checking, Matt found all of them were working, and gave me some professional advice. Matt didn't charge me for the inspection. Matt has a heart to help others instead of only earning money. Thanks Matt.

The plumber came out very quickly, fixed the leaking tap with no problems, no fuss, was clean and polite and happy to give a quote on future work.
