Had a new boiler installed. The lad worked non stop throughout the day, kept me updated with what he was doing and tidied up after himself. Very happy with the service, thank you :)

Outstanding customer service. Our boiler had stopped working (we had ran out of oil and didn’t realise due to a tank fault) and they came out diagnose. They then managed to squeeze in a quick flush of the system in between other jobs they had on. Totally focused on great customer service and we were only charged for one call out too. Can’t wait to use them again.

I have used Matt Grange for a number of years, and they have always provided a top class service. Last week a gas leak was discovered at my house. I called Matt Grange, and within an hour an engineer (Lee) attended and had repaired the leak an hour or so later. Again, first class service.

We recently used Matt Grange to replace our old tank system and install a new combi boiler, and had all new radiators installed. Chris and the team were amazing throughout. They were with us for three days solid, and an absolute joy. Now, when it comes to things like boilers and gas, you probably can get it cheaper, but you wont get the experience and satisfaction that the job has been completed to a high standard. We know that if we have a problem, we only have to give them a ring and they'll fix it and that to me is priceless.
