Great communication from the office prior to the day of the work being done. Workmen turned up on time, were very pleasant and polite, worked quietly and efficiently. New boiler was delivered on time, and the old one taken away. Garage left immaculately clean and tidy. All certificates emailed out the same day. First class work, would recommend without hesitation.

Matt and his team have carried out two projects for us recently installing new oil central heating systems. Very happy with the service we received. The team are very professional, reliable, trustworthy and personable and do a thoroughly good job. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of using them.

After moving into the area recently, we were in need of someone to repair our heating system. After calling Matt Grange I was impressed with the service, from the initial call to Sam carrying out the repair, fully explaining our system, whilst completing the work. I will definitely not hesitate in using this company in the future.

Having received a few quotes from other companies, I knew within 5 minutes of Chris's visit that if the price was reasonable then I'd choose Matt Grange to do work - and it was! But it wasn't only the price that made my mind up, it was how he and Maria (Operations Manager) put themselves across. I'd received cheaper and more expensive quotes but I also wanted a firm who offered excellent after-sales service, should I need it and I felt assured they would. When Sam and Tyler came to install it, I hardly knew they were here. They were professional, efficient, and so very tidy! Thank you all!

Matt Grange kindly checked and serviced the boiler in the house I was looking to purchase to check everything worked ok before exchange of contracts. Fast and efficient service. They also checked a gas fire for me when I was not able to ignite. They were very thorough in checking this and helpfully checking on the cost of parts for me.
