  Raised flowerbeds

  Matrixs were excellent in every aspect! Reasonable price, excellent service and quality of work. They built solid flowerbeds for my elderly mum and she’s a hard taskmaster! We will recommend to all and definitely use again. Thanks to you and your team Dean.

  Artificial grass removal + concrete and soil preparation

  Dean and his team from Matrix Building Services did a fantastic job removing the artificial grass and the concrete underneath from my garden. They were efficient, left everything spotless, and were always respectful and friendly. Highly recommend!

  New garden wall (front of house)

  Can’t recommend Dean enough - a true gentlemen. He was thorough in his communication, offered some great advice and came in at a very competitive price. His co-worker Wayne was also fantastic and pleasure to deal with. The finish/layout was better than expected - I initially wanted a like-for-like style (which was dated), but Dean suggested a more modern layout and I’m absolutely delighted!

  artificial grass concrete base at back and a patio installed

  Had dean come round and do my concrete base at the back of garden, was more than happy with the work and asked for a quote on artificial grass with a log edge flower bed and Indian sandstone patio, took about 7-8 days due to some weather interruptions, job has come out really well, dean works at a high standard and will say himself not happy until it’s perfect,. Reasonably priced to as he undercut the concrete base by a substantial amount an advised the previous quote was horrendous, genuine guy and a likeable person.

  Complete Garden Makeover

  Work included removal of existing back garden turf and wooden shed. A Replacement lawn with quality turf, 2 new block paving paths (curved in parts) and a concrete base for a new shed. The work took 2-weeks to complete. Dean and his colleague Scott worked tirelessly in the hot weather on the project. They checked with me at regular intervals on progress and amended plans as and when required. Both were very polite throughout. The price was very competitive and paid by bank transfer in 3 instalments with receipts provided. I would highly recommend Dean for the quality of his work and price.
