  Two sets of very tricky French doors

  We wanted two sets of bespoke internal french doors. It was a very tricky job and a bit of a pain in the backside due to their size as we have an old property. Matt took on the challenge with superb craftsmanship. Matt was always on time, clean and tidy, kept us updated every step of the way. His work is unbelievable! Top class. We are now having him make another door for us in another tricky spot. Thanks Matt! We are so glad to have found you.

  Replacement of Porch Post

  MATT installed a complicated VOLUTE staircase which other carpenters could not complete successfully

  MATT, quoted per job and not by hour, like other carpenters. Hence there are no surprises. He’s extremely competent and and his skills as a joiner is also very evident. From the outset, he stood out from other carpenters we interviewed. We have already engaged him on other work and we find his prices to be reasonable. We highly recommend him.

  Window restoration

  First time working with Mat. Expert advice given from Mat's extensive experience. Price quote reasonable and timely. Work scheduled promptly and carried out as discussed. Very considerate of working around my access and security needs on the day. Definitely recommend.

  Replacement of 3 windows and a set of garden doors

  It was a pleasure to have Mat working on this job. He arrived when he said he would. He provided a complete carpentry service from removing the old windows and doors, manufacturing the new ones and installing them. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work.

  Bespoke Media Wall

  Mat has been great start to finish. He communicated well during the quote and planning process and went to a lot of effort to get all the elements right. His workmanship was excellent and we are so happy with the final product. He showed up on time and was flexible on his schedule to accommodate our availability challenges. I would recommend Mat for any carpentry project.
