Mr Matlak come out to the property the same day I contacted him and gave me clear options on the work I needed doing. He came at the time agreed and worked very hard to get everything completed for me. He was very neat and respectful in my home and I am really pleased with his work. Mirek has been incredibly helpful, reliable and also very good company! We’ve seen a lot of him recently having had 2 unrelated problems happen in quick succession and he’s gone out of his way to help us at short notice and attending in unsociable hours. Mirek first came at short notice to help me out with a bit of an emergency due to our losing any gas supply. He’s been back twice since, exactly as agreed, to make good the temporary solutions he had to improvise with at first. He’s been very thorough, clearly hasn’t tried to add anything unnecessary, obviously knows what he’s doing and has been a pleasure to have.
