  Mirek came to assist us with fitting a new boiler at short notice after our insurance company left us high and dry with a leaking boiler. Mirek gave a price for the work, sourced all the parts and turned up promptly when he said he would to carry out the removal of the old boiler and fit and test the new one. He worked efficiently and gave regular updates as he progressed. He is highly knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matlock Property Services to anyone who is looking for a skilled professional.

  Mr Matlak come out to the property the same day I contacted him and gave me clear options on the work I needed doing. He came at the time agreed and worked very hard to get everything completed for me. He was very neat and respectful in my home and I am really pleased with his work. His prices were very reasonable and his work is too a very high standard.
