Andi gave a competitive quote and started the job the following week, it was a complicated job and Andi took great care to work out the best way to set out the tiles before starting the tiling. The tiles look great and will be on our path for many years to come. Andi left everything clean and tidy and I would highly recommend Andi to anyone that needs some tiling done.

We hired Andi for a partial bathroom tiling job. He’s clearly skilled and worked quickly, which we appreciated. However, better communication and collaboration would have helped, especially for a DIY project like ours. For example, a new slab was tiled higher than instructed, misaligning with our splashback and preventing mirror installation. A niche trim was also installed with a visible lip (see image). Though Andi initially offered to return, he later declined. The work was solid, but better communication and a solution-focused approach could have led to a smoother outcome.
