Absolutely over the moon with our order and service from Material Things! From the moment we walked in the showroom we were greeted with a warm welcome and left to browse and ponder. Once we had chosen our sofas we chose our curtains and cushions and the advice and support was first class! All the staff were friendly, well informed and supportive. We now have the most amazing lounge to kick back in and relax in! We tried the rest but definitely found the best!! Can’t wait to plan our next makeover and without a doubt it will be with Material Things!

Great comminication and absolutely perfect work, all patterns aligned etc. The labour charge was much lower than small independents allowing us to use much more expensive fabric. Cannot stress how perfectionist the actual finish was. 100% happy.

Really very easy to deal with - lots of choice for reconditioning and recovering 2 sofa's for me. Reliable and professional and I'm delighted with the result. Pick up and delivery was friendly and efficient and Bob & Keith did a magnificent job of pick up and delivery. Would most certainly recommend Material Things in the future.

Having used Material Things before for blinds we had no hesitation to use them for re-upholstering our two fireside chairs. Andrew the salesman was extremely helpful & friendly. Having agreed the material & cost we went ahead. Bob & Keith who collected & delivered the chairs were friendly, professional & efficient. Will certainly use them again. Thank you.

Prompt response to reply to my enquiry and quickly able to give a good idea of prices involved in repairing seat pads of two armed wooden dining chairs over 100 years old.They came to see me in a couple of days with swatches of fabrics and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Pads collected the next week and have been returned a week later. They are beautiful! Exactly what I wanted.
