  Kitchen/Diner renovation

  Back in 2021 I had are large open plan basement kitchen/diner of a Victorian terraced house renovated. The renovation included an installing a porcelain tiled floor together with electric underfloor heating. In addition the room was and furnishings were decorated with choice paint. The end result was superb at the whole job done at a very competitive price. Last week I approached the Mata Building Company again to see if they could find the original tiles used in the kitchen renovation to use on an outside wooden decking. This Rustem Mata the owner of the company did free of charge!

  We had a really excellent experience with Mata Builders. They came on time, did the job in a timely and efficient manner. We had no complaints whatsoever and our floor looks stunning. We have recommended him to others already and we will definitely use them again in the future.

  Building and associated works

  I had a bathroom changed to a shower room and a bedroom stripped back to the plaster repaired and then decorated. I am extremely pleased with the results. The guys worked diligently and the price was on the mark. I have an extension fingers crossed starting soon and I will ask Rustem to price various elements. I highly recommend the company.

  Excellent quality of work and very responsive to communications. Always offers expert advice and talks through potential issues. Explains the work and the project thoroughly.   Room refurbishment

  Highly recommend Rustem & team, who did a room refurbishment for us. Highlights: 1 - Rustem was confident working with my choice of materials (not from high street, but specially bought eco friendly materials) 2 - minimum interference (which is fantastic when you work from home) but checking in with us to show the progress and before proceeding to next steps. 3 - Left everything spotless clean Additionally Rustem is very artistic, anyone looking for special features (venetian plastering or tiling with motif) he is very capable to design smth unique and execute it perfectly
