  Honest, efficient and responsive Cie

  I had several quotes from different well established cies. I took Master Slate as it was the only cie which did an inspection of the roof by climbing on it. Some cies gave me a quote by looking from the pavement . One told me that a Velux was letting water in. ( The Velux was replaced by tiles a few years ago).. Master Slate replaced the roof in one week, keeping me informed of the progress on a daily basis and sending me pictures. On another note, they do respond quickly and you do not have to wait or chase them . Hence, I was very impressed and highly recommend them.
