I have just had work done by Master Point and I am very happy with the results. I was given good advice as to what needed to be done and provided with before and after photographs. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently and I now have peace of mind knowing that my chimney is in good repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Master Point to others .

Ty was great! Communication was excellent. They were prompt, came when they said they would and did exactly what they promised. They were quick too with no messing around with dates etc which was important to us. I would definitely recommend!

Ty was very responsive and approachable right from the beginning. He visited to provide a more accurate quote and get clarity on what we were looking for exactly. On the day Ty and his workmen arrived on time and worked to a high standard, from prepping the area to cleaning up afterwards. We're please Ty and the team met our expectations from start to finish.

They arrived early and worked continuously in cold conditions up to a natural break in the job. A bit vague about return time but they arrived when the mortar had set, to finish tidying up and cleaning the brickwork down.
