Matthew was very efficient and competent on the heating controls work at my property and even came out on a Sunday to fit the parts and get my heating working again, I would be happy to use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Matthew from master plumbing services was very professional in all his dealings, from taking the first call to arrival on site to fit the parts and kept me informed in all parts of the service, and the costs which were right for the works carried out in my home , I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his service to anyone.

The boiler broke down. Master Plumbing was recommended by a friend who had used their services in the past and they did not disappoint. Matthew got in touch swiftly after I contacted them. Matthew visited to determine the cause of the breakdown and provided with 3 quotes: one for repair and two more quotes for a new boiler. I decided to go for a new boiler as the one in situ was installed in 1999! They fitted the new boiler and the team was very professional.
