  I contacted Shahid for a bathroom renovation and after 10 working days and the bathroom quote paid in full, Shahid and his partner, Mr T, left me with an unfinished wall, window, a minor leak and various other bits. A few highlights: - Emotional tantrums from Mr T and rude language every time the client asked questions. - Not listening to job requirements, using up materials unnecessarily, then blaming client for their mistakes. - In a rush to go to next job - Promises to come back and then ghosting - Taking advantage of a woman living alone to push their own agenda at all times Avoid

  New Bathroom and Kitchen

  Masterplan recently completed the removal of my old bathroom and kitchen with the installation of new. They acted professionally and courteously from the very outset, the initial visit to quote, to my of installation dates, through to completion. The work was executed with care and professionalism throughout. I was regularly updated on progress and informed of any actions in advance. The work was excellent and costs were very reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending them and shall be happy to work with them again in the future.

  Excellent service from start to finish. I received helpful, knowledgeable advice that ensured I chose the correct materials for the job.   Recently had my kitchen refurbished and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I wish I had more space to write. The project was completed within two weeks, exactly as promised, with excellent communication at every step. The team handled any troubleshooting with real precision, and their workmanship is of exceptional quality. You're constantly aware of what's going on. Shahid and T put me at ease right away with their professionalism, courtesy, and incredible productivity.
