Had resin drive done. They worked hard. Now resin is crumbling

They worked hard on the driveway in July 2022. By November 2022 the resin started to crumble. I got in touch with Sam on 17th November. He said they couldn't do much until the weather got better. Got in touch with Sam 28th January because a hole appeared in the resin exposing the concrete.1st March he said when it quietens down they will fix it.21st May sent another picture of the hole(getting bigger).29th another picture. Spoke on phone said he might have to strip the concrete back a bit and put some more resin on.20th August tried to call him, WhatsApp him and text him with no reply.

Drive way.

Sam and his team came to quote my drive way. Explained the different types that could be done. I went with a resin drive way and the end result was astounding. Extremely professional the whole way through and kept me up to date. I would recommend this company as you won’t find a better team around.

From start to finish the gentlemen at Master Paving and Fencing UK have been first class tradesmen to work with. They gave a competitive and sensible quote and explained exactly the kind of work they can carry out. They worked on my large driveway efficiently and took great care and attention to detail. In fact, they went above and beyond on some parts of my driveway to ensure it looked as great as it can be. They always answered my questions as the job was ongoing and were always very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new driveway. 11 out of 10.

Very pleased with Sam and his team. Arrived on time and were always polite and courteous. They worked really hard (especially in 34 degrees heat!!) to lay our patio and it looks lovely. Would recommend them.
