We had trouble with our front door - the lock had appeared to Jamb and we only just managed to get into the house. David arrived and quickly spotted the problem - the door handle had a defective gear ! (we didn't know a door handle has a gear !) ) He worked away for quite some time with various tools and repaired efficiently saving us the cost of a complete new door lock and handle
